In wordpress we can control our feeds to show either complete feeds or just an excerpt and read more link. The benefit of later one is reader will have to come to your blog and this will increase your page views. But this may be an issue for users who like to read everything on their email or via Feed reader. Personally I prefer showing complete article.
Though one of my Wordpress client wanted to show only a part of post in feed readers.
This can easily be configured using Wordpress default settings under reading.
Login to your Wordpress dashbaord and open reading settings.
http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php
Now change the setting which says For each article in a feed, show :
Select Summary as your choice and click on save.
