This is an absolutely awesome article and you cannot imagine how long I was searching for such a resource. I am trying to understand your article better. In the first step, you mentioned about registering themepremium.com on bluehost. But when you do this, will it not activate the transfer process in which the ability of name server change be deactivated and lock until the transfer takes place?

What happens if I already have a bluehost hosting with a domain with a different name say xyz.com. How then do I register a new domain with the name themepremium.com on blue host when I already have it as my primary domain on wordpress?
