Track Your Favorite Blogs on WordPress.com with Subscription Feature

If you are a blogger then you would keep yourself updated with all the current news happening in blogosphere and the best way to keep yourself updated is to subscribe to RSS feeds of useful blogs. But Subscribing to various blogs in RSS readers sometimes mess a lot and you might miss the important information.

Now you can keep track of important posts on your WordPress blog with its new feature “Subscription”. Subscription allows you to check all important blog post from your WordPress Dashboard itself.

There are two ways to activate Subscription feature:

First Way:

  • Click on Subscribe Menu on Admin bar.
  • Select Subscribe to blog.
  • Enter the URL of required blog.

Second way:

  • Click on “My Subscription” menu on Admin bar.
  • Go to Manage My Subscription.
  • You will get a Text Box to enter URL of required blog.

This easy steps can give you list of new blog post which you subscribe to and you can see it right below the Subscription tab. Apart from this if you can also unsubscribe to blogs which you don’t find useful later by clicking on “Unsubscribe from Blog” menu in “Subscription” list.

More WordPress Features:

WordPress is also providing you the options to notify you when any new post get published on subscribed blogs. There are two ways either you can select that new post get emailed to you or sent to you by Jabber Instant Messenger.
