We all have been waiting for the release of WordPress 3.0, because this version will cover
gap between WordPress and WordPress MU. Right now WordPress has announced the release of WordPress 3.0 beta 1, which is a pre version before the release of beta 2 and finally WordPress 3.0 Final.
This beta version is released for testing and finding any bugs, so I will highly suggest better use it on your local or test server. Wait for sometime when WordPress will release the final WordPress 3.0 version.
One of the remarkable feature of WordPress 3.0 is launch of new default theme from WordPress Twenty ten. At least we will get rid of the boring default WordPress theme.
