WP-Ban plugin, takes Input from the administrator by IP, IP Range, Host name, and referrer urls, and once configured it violates there attempt to crawl or access the website.

Although can be done via the cPanel, but this plugin is very useful for the n00bs and the non-tech people!

Yes, usually people find difficulties in using CPanel, there are many other ways of banning, but I found this most appropriate one.

Yes, the best thing I found in this plugin, that we can design our own Ban Page. Could be funny, and humorous.
